It’s been a little bit since we’ve done one of these videos. It is a gorgeous Sunday out here at Leesburg Airport, and Sunday means two things here at Aero Elite Flight Training:
Number one, it’s “Pizza Sundays.” We order pizza from Manhattan Pizza here in Leesburg every single Sunday. We have pepperoni, we have cheese, we have all kinds of delicious pizzas. We come out, we hang out with our customers, we hang out with our instructors.
Number two, it’s “Jersey Sunday”. I’m reppin’ the red of Manchester United – hey, quick 2-1 win today at West Ham. Good work boys!
I wanted to come talk to you guys – last video we did frequently asked questions. Number one frequently asked question: “How do I get my private pilot’s license? What do I do? How much does it cost?” We went through all of that.
Second most frequently asked question: “Now what? I got my private pilot’s license, Tim, now what do I do?” And the answer (super simple): You go fly! That’s the whole point of getting your license – you go fly. Go get lunch. Go have fun. You rent our airplanes.
Good news: You get your private pilot’s license with us, you’re already checked out in one of our beautiful Cessna 172s like this one right behind me.
If you get your private pilot’s license somewhere else – no problem. Come on in, you can sit down with us, you can do a check-out on one of our airplanes, and go fly them. Go get lunch somewhere, go fly – do a beach trip, do whatever it was that made you want to fly in the beginning. Go do that!
So, come out, rent our airplanes, have fun, take your family, take your friends – that’s the next step. That’s what you do.
Now, also, start looking into that instrument rating. That is a great way to up your piloting skills once you’ve got your private pilot’s license.
So, rent our airplanes, do the instrument rating, come out and talk with us on a Sunday. Again, “Jersey Sundays” (Manchester United – here we go!), and “Pizza Sundays”.
