Getting Your Tailwheel Endorsement, Instrument Rating, and Multi Engine Rating

We frequently receive requests from pilots who want to add endorsements and ratings to their private pilot license.  Aero Elite has a team of qualified instructors and a diverse fleet of aircraft to provide this training for you.

Let’s take a look at a few popular endorsements and ratings offered through Aero Elite.

Tailwheel Airplane Endorsement

Receiving a tailwheel endorsement usually takes 5-10 hours of flight time. We offer tailwheel training in our beautiful 1947 Cessna 140. This plane has all the basic gauges and radios fit into a cozy interior.  It’s a perfect trainer for tailwheel endorsements.

Instrument Rating

Our 1999 Cessna 172R originally came with round steam gauge dials, but it’s had a complete avionics overhaul. Now this plane has an amazing Garmin G3X system, GTN750, and a GFC500 autopilot.

The large digital displays can be programmed before takeoff and in mid-flight to be a map or primary flight display (PFD).

This is a fantastic airplane for getting your instrument rating.  Ready to get started?  Contact us here.

Multi Engine Rating

If you’re looking for a multi engine rating, then come fly our 1983 Piper Turbo Seneca 3. This beautiful airplane has twin engines, three-bladed propellers, and six seats – two up front and four in the passenger area.

The upgraded avionics include dual Garmin G5’s, GTN750, GTN650, and a JPI engine monitor.

Pilots with a multi engine rating can rent this airplane to comfortably accommodate cross country trips.
